David
Courtenay has had a passion for wild animals since
early childhood and remembers being glued to the
television whenever Survival, Wildlife on One
and other natural history documentaries were shown.
These days, David is working to help save the
fantastic wildlife that we have on this planet,
David has been assisting The Born Free Foundation
for many years by gifting them with the free and
unrestricted use of his images from his vast catalogue,
and David also supports Care for the Wild in the
same manner.
"I
would be very interested to help any conservation
organisation on a similar basis."
2006
will see a new discipline in photography for David,
with sub zero temperatures and altitude in his
quest for mountain wildlife such as Ibex, Chamois
and Marmot. As well as establishing long term
feeding sites for Fox, Pine Marten and Red Squirrel.
